PHOTO OPS – YOUR MOMENT WITH THE STAR
Photo Ops are your chance to get up close with your favorite star and capture a professional photo together. In just a few seconds, you’ll create a memory that will last a lifetime.
The process is simple and well organized: Join the queue, wait for your turn, and before you know it, you’ll be standing right next to the guest you’ve been looking forward to meeting.
Please note: A separate Photo Op ticket is required and is not included with your admission ticket. Your Photo Op ticket must be presented in printed form on site and will be collected by our staff. Unfortunately, displaying the ticket on your phone is not sufficient.
Filming and taking your own photos during the Photo Op sessions is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event.
Your photo will be taken by a professional photographer and printed on high-quality photo paper immediately after the session, so you can take it home with you right away. If you wish, you can also have it signed later during the autograph session (a separate autograph ticket is required). In addition, a digital version of your photo will be available to purchase after the event, allowing you to view, download, and share it whenever you like.
Please note: Photo Ops follow a fixed schedule with designated time slots. It is important that you arrive at the Photo Op area at the scheduled time. The timetable will be published approximately two weeks before the event on our website and social media channels. Please note that the schedule is subject to change.

DUO- & GROUP PHOTO OPS
Some moments become even more special when multiple stars come together.
With Duo and Group Photo Ops, you’ll have the opportunity to meet several of your favorite guests at the same time and capture a unique professional photo with them.
If you love specific characters, friendships, or iconic pairings from the series, these Photo Ops create truly unforgettable memories.
The chemistry between the guests, spontaneous interactions, and the shared energy often make these photos extra special—and true highlights of any fan’s collection.
PHOTO OPS – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
TICKETS & AVAILABILITY
Photo Ops require a separate ticket and are not included with admission. Tickets are available in our online shop and, if not sold out, on site during the event. As some Photo Ops sell out well in advance, we recommend purchasing your ticket early.
Important: Every person appearing in the photo must have their own Photo Op ticket, including children. It is not possible to join a photo without a valid ticket.
CHILDREN & COMPANIONS
If a minor has a valid Photo Op ticket, parents or companions are welcome to accompany them to the Photo Op area and wait in line together.
However, only ticket holders may enter the Photo Op area for the actual photo. Companions without a valid ticket must wait outside and cannot be part of the photo or remain inside the shooting area.
DUO & GROUP PHOTO OPS
For Duo or Group Photo Ops, individual Photo Op tickets cannot be combined. A valid ticket for the specific Duo or Group Photo Op is always required.
If a guest has to cancel their appearance, Duo Photo Ops are generally refunded in full. Group Photo Ops are usually refunded on a pro-rata basis, depending on which guest is affected.
ON-SITE PROCEDURE
Shortly before your turn, you’ll be asked to put down jackets and bags so they don’t appear in the photo.
Your printed photo will be available immediately after the session, and protective sleeves will be provided on site to help keep your photo safe and crease-free.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PHOTO
Photos are generally not retaken. Exceptions may be made in rare cases, for example if someone’s eyes are closed or if strong reflections on glasses significantly affect the image.
Simply not liking how you look in the photo is not considered a valid reason for a retake.
FAST LANE
With a Fast Lane Pass, you’ll have access to a priority queue for your booked Photo Ops.
The Fast Lane Pass is valid only in combination with a valid admission ticket and a Photo Op ticket. It is not a substitute for admission or for a Photo Op ticket.
Simply join the Fast Lane queue on site and you’ll be called before guests in the regular line.
CAN I TAKE A PHOTO WITH MY FRIEND AND THE GUEST?
Yes, absolutely.
As a general rule, every person appearing in the photo must have their own Photo Op ticket. For example, if three people want to take a photo together with one guest, three Photo Op tickets are required.
The photo is taken once, and one printed copy is provided per ticket purchased.
DIGITAL PHOTOS
In addition to your printed photo, you can also purchase a digital version.
The required access code can be found on your printed photo and can be redeemed afterward in our online shop.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Photo Ops are designed for a quick and smooth experience and are not intended for extended conversations or handing over gifts.
If you’d like more time with a guest or want to present a gift, we recommend booking an Autograph or Selfie ticket at the guest’s table.
