PLEASE NOTE
Outside food and drinks are not permitted at the Crowne Plaza. This means you cannot bring any food or drinks into the event – please leave them in your car or outside the venue. Please note that this is a venue policy and is beyond our control.
CHILDREN AGED 0–5: Free admission when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Proof of age may be required.
PLEASE NOTE: Every visitor over the age of 5 (aged 6 and above) requires a valid admission ticket. This also applies to visitors with severe disabilities and companions of persons with a German disability ID marked “B”.
HOW TO GET HERE & PARKING
The Crowne Plaza Düsseldorf – Neuss is conveniently located on the left bank of the Rhine and is easy to reach by car and public transport. Düsseldorf city centre, the main train station and Düsseldorf International Airport are all within easy reach.
Guests arriving by car will find plenty of parking available directly at the hotel. Parking fees depend on the length of your stay and can be paid on site. A day ticket costs €19.
The hotel is also easily accessible by train and bus. From Neuss Rheinparkcenter S-Bahn station or Neuss Central Station, you can quickly travel to Düsseldorf and the surrounding area.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY ADMISSION TICKET?
Wondering what exactly is included with your admission ticket? Here’s everything you need to know at a glance.
Your admission ticket grants you access to the event venue and allows you to explore the convention throughout the entire day. Enjoy a diverse stage program and experience our guests live on stage. With a little luck, you may even have the opportunity to ask your own question during one of the Q&A sessions.
Photography during panels is permitted, and short video recordings for personal use are welcome. However, full recordings of panels, as well as their publication or commercial use, are not allowed.
Your ticket also includes access to all exhibitors, dealers, fan groups, and cosplayers attending the event. Discover unique merchandise, exciting fan projects, and impressive costumes.
Depending on the event, additional photo opportunities and themed selfie spots may also be available throughout the venue.
Please note that autographs, selfies, photo ops, and meet & greets are not included with the admission ticket and require separate add-on tickets.
FAST LANE PASS
With the Fast Lane Pass, you’ll have access to a dedicated priority queue for autographs, selfies and Photo Ops. This can significantly reduce waiting times and help you enjoy a more relaxed convention weekend.
To use the Fast Lane, simply show your Fast Lane ticket at our Sales Desk and collect your wristband. The wristband is valid for the entire day. If it is removed or tampered with, it will immediately become invalid.
Please note:
The Fast Lane Pass is an optional add-on and does not replace an admission ticket. A valid admission ticket is still required to enter the event.
The Fast Lane Pass DOES NOT INCLUDE TICKETS for autographs, selfies or Photo Ops. These must be purchased separately. The pass only gives you access to the priority queues for these activities.
The Fast Lane Pass is only valid for autograph, selfie and Photo Op queues at the stars’ areas. It does not apply to event admission, the Sales Desk or any other queues, including food stands, restrooms or similar areas.
The Fast Lane Pass is valid for one person only.
FACTS & IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We’ve put together some important information to help make your visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
CLOAKROOM & BAGS
A cloakroom is available at the venue. As waiting times may be longer, especially at the beginning and end of the event, we recommend bringing only what you really need. This helps keep entry as smooth as possible for everyone.
CARD PAYMENTS & ATMs
Card payments are available for purchases of €15 or more. However, we still recommend bringing some cash, as card payments rely on an internet connection and occasional disruptions may occur during the event due to high network traffic.
The nearest ATM is located at Rheinpark-Center Neuss, Breslauer Str. 2–4, 41460 Neuss.
FOOD & DRINKS
Unfortunately, outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the hotel. You can leave them in your car and step outside at any time. Food and drinks are also available for purchase at the hotel.
